Return Policy
At Ivy and Monroe New York, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be times when you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Return Conditions
- You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including international shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Trying on is allowed, but wearing the item is not permitted.
- Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning (some of) them is not permitted.
Return Process
1. Notify us of your return via info@ivyandmonroe-ny.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).
3. You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.
4. We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refund
After the item is received at the return address and the condition of the product is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address is provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.
- Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
